Are you reading for "Abe" yet?
What is it?
Every school year, the Abraham Lincoln Award is awarded to the author whose book is voted best of the list by Illinois high school students. Students qualify to vote by reading four books off the list before voting at the end of February.
Larkin Participation
Any student can read Abe books, but if you want your vote to count you should:
Pick up a bookmark with the complete list of books
Read a minimum of four books from the list
Record your readings and impressions in the “Abe” log in the library
RSVP to your invitation to vote at our annual “Abe” party
